PNQIN, in collaboration with the Health Policy Commission, hosted a convening on March 3rd, 2025, for the 5 HEART-BP award recipients to learn from 3 hospitals in MA that have successfully implemented Remote Blood Pressure Monitoring (RPM) for their perinatal patients.
