QI CoL Overview

The Quality Improvement (QI) Community of Learning (COL) is a learning series to develop foundational knowledge and skills for professionals engaged with Perinatal Quality Collaboratives and other state or hospital-based teams who are new to QI. The series will provide participants with the opportunity to apply QI principles to their existing projects. Webinar topics will include QI foundations, using the PDSA cycle, using and collecting data for learning and improvement and sustaining improvement.

Intended Audience: States and hospital teams currently involved with AIM or interested in working with AIM.
