Marilyn Kacica New York State Perinatal Quality Collaborative

Marilyn Kacica, MD, MPH is the Executive Director of NYSPQC and the Medical Director of Division of Family Health at the New York State Department of Health. NYSPQC aims to provide the best, safest and most equitable care for pregnant and postpartum women/people and infants in New York State.

Kristen Lawless New York State Perinatal Quality Collaborative

Kristen is the Director of NYSPQC. She collaborates with perinatal care providers, patient advocates, and other key stakeholders to prevent and minimize harm through the translation of evidence-based guidelines to clinical practice.

Audra Meadows PNQIN

Dr. Audra Meadows, MD, MPH, FACOG is the PNQIN Maternal Equity Bundle Project Lead and a health equity champion. As an OB/GYN and maternal health advocate, she investigates strategies to optimize infant and maternal outcomes and to eliminate racial and ethnic birth inequities.

Kali Vitek PNQIN

Kali is a PNQIN Project Manager and responsible for the Massachusetts AIM Initiative, which supports up to 40 birthing hospital teams with implementation of patient safety bundles to reduce severe maternal morbidity and mortality and eliminate birth inequities.
