PNQIN is excited to announce the appointment of Molly Fraust-Wylie as our new Patient & Family Engagement Coordinator. In this role, Molly will recruit, hire, and lead five community members with lived expertise for a PNQIN Patient and Family Advisory Committee (PFAC). The PFAC will contribute to the advancement of PNQIN’s Strategic Plan projects and priorities.

Molly brings extensive experience to this role as an NICU Family Advocate & NICU Parent, demonstrating a deep commitment to health equity, family integrated care, maternal health and wellness, reproductive/fertility challenges, loss, and grief. Her responsibilities range from developing materials and educational programs, leading quality improvement efforts, running the NICU Family Advisory Committee, and providing bedside support and advocacy on both local and national levels. In her capacity as the NICU Family Program Manager, Molly has built programs focusing on health equity, health literacy, and effective communication between families and healthcare providers. She actively engages with NICU families to gather feedback, collaborates with NICU Leadership, and ensures the inclusion of NICU parents in decision-making and caretaking.
