This webinar includes a needs assessment for participating hospitals in bundle implementation. Keynote speaker, Lauren A. Arrington, DNP, CNM, FACNM, discusses the importance of disaggregating data by race, ethnicity and language (REaL). She provides examples of using REaL data to look at patient experience survey results and  lessons learned from obtaining and sharing that data.
