Manages all aspects of program administration and operation, for both BEACON research and the Complex Family Planning Fellowship in the OB/GYN department, including financial and grants management, research project management, strategic planning, and personnel management. Duties include managing data, maintaining budgets, preparing grants proposals; functioning as a key liaison with public and private funding sources, regulatory agencies, the Graduate Medical Education office, and other relevant hospital programs.
